OUR CLIENT
An excellent Architecture and planning firm is looking for a very talented and capable Senior Architectural Technologist with experience working on a variety of projects, to join their busy and collaborative team. This firm have a sound reputation and have a couple of studios; being well established in their respective environments. .
THE JOB
The successful Architectural Technologist will be able to create full working drawing packages, construction documents and plans and be experienced in creating and submitting permit applications. With a fast paced environment and project deliverables and timelines to meet, the Senior Architectural or Building Technologist will need excellent project management and communication skills. Project experience across high rise, multi-family, mixed use and commercial projects is preferred (some large and complex project experience is necessary), as are strong Revit skills and a sound knowledge of the national building code.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will have the following credentials;
- Architectural Technology Diploma or related Architecture education from a recognised institution
- 8+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Be currently living in Canada and have at least 5 years of experience working with the building codes in Canada
- Some multi-family, high rise or commercial experience is preferred
- Experience working with Revit is essential - strong capabilities required
- Experience working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office is an asset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
