Our client is a world renowned Architecture and Design Firm that has worked with many of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. They continue to expand in the luxury interior, architectural and product design sectors and are seeking an experienced Talent & Culture Manager to support recruitment efforts and staffing strategies.
This role is deemed to be a permanent, part time (20-30 hrs) a week position and will work closely with the management team.

- Talent Acquisition
- Employer Branding in collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Employee Development
- Retention Strategies & Employee Engagement
- Event Planning in collaboration with the Social Committee
- Performance Management in collaboration with Team Leads
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, preferably in the Architecture and Design sector or related creative industry.
- Strong understanding of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the luxury market and an appreciation for design aesthetics.
