Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure HVAC systems are operating at peak performance.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure safe and effective work practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed, including services provided and parts used.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure top-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Certification in HVAC Systems
- 3+ years of experience as a Journeyman HVAC Technician.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
