Summary of Position
You will lead architectural design and technical production for healthcare projects, ensuring excellence from inception to closeout. This role requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, along with OSHPD/HCAI experience. You will manage project teams, budgets, and client relationships, coordinating with consultants and ensuring quality control. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is essential. A degree in architecture and a minimum of 10 years’ experience with medium to large healthcare projects are required. Licensure and business development skills are a plus.

Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects through all design phases, ensuring client interaction, schedule adherence, and financial performance
- Assist in generating Design Services Proposals
- Manage projects from inception to closeout, including budgeting, staffing, and billing
- Lead project teams and determine staffing assignments
- Coordinate with consultants and design teams, managing material identification and specifications
- Ensure quality control of contract documents
- Handle all aspects of Construction Administration, including meetings, submittals, and field sketches
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is required
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with medium to large healthcare projects
- Must have OSHPD/HCAI experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- License preferred
- Experience with OSHPD 1 and OSHPD 3 projects experience is a must
- Must be able to put fee proposals together for projects.
- Must have experience managing the project budget
- Must be able to contribute towards RFPs.
- Manage and assign staff on the project.
- (Design-Build experience is a plus)
- Ability to do business development and bring in clients is a plus.
