They’re company is driven by productivity, and a sense of purpose to deliver sustainable, innovative, and quality products across North America.  They’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.   The ideal candidate is a true hunting salesperson who loves building relationships with new clients in this B2B professional sales environment.  This role would be based in the Mississauga Head office with regular travel within the GTA. 

The Role:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively. You thrive on uncovering leads, cold calling, and building relationships from scratch.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently adding new prospects and qualifying leads.
  • Approximately 50% of the role will involve visiting dealers, distributors, and end-users. This is a client facing role, showcasing products and understanding client needs.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations, emphasizing our the products unique features, benefits, and quality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Understand and identify customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide valuable insights to our product development team based on customer feedback.
  • Work closely with our marketing, customer service, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, expos and customer special events.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years experience in sales position that has a hunting sales mentality.
  • A background with selling custom manufactured goods or high value goods is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers
  • Experience in sales management is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to travel extensively (50% of the time during the day with less limited need for overnight travel)
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • This role is not remote.
