About our Client
Our client is a leading organization specializing in franchise development. Their mission is to deliver exceptional services and products to their stakeholders while fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration. They are seeking a visionary CEO to lead them into them next phase of success!

Position Summary:
The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the President and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building or growing operations to over $100 million in revenue within the franchise development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Vision:
    • Develop and implement the company’s vision and overall business strategy in collaboration with the President.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.
    • Lead, inspire, and mentor the executive team to achieve strategic goals and drive company performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Identify opportunities for growth, new markets, and partnerships within the franchise development sector.
    • Ensure the development and implementation of effective strategic and operational plans.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Financial Performance and Risk Management:
    • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
    • Develop and manage budgets to align with company goals.
    • Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of the business.
    • Drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and services.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s key operational metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it to stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the President and the Board of Directors, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
    • Engage with employees at all levels to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Corporate Governance:
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
    • Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and integrity.
    • Work with the President and the Board to set and meet corporate governance goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior management role, with at least 5 years as a CEO or in a comparable leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully building or growing operations to over $100 million in revenue within the business sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large budgets and financial plans.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with the President and the Board of Directors.
  • Experience in franchise development preferred.
