The position

• Must be on top of QA objectives during project stages with a primary focus on pre-pdi, pdi and turnover stages of both suites and common element.
• Identifying potential issues affecting building quality and mitigating systemic failures through quality checks, consultant reviews and signoffs, and regular communication with site staff
• Must track deficiencies across all stages of post construction through use of Procore
• Maintain a clear Schedule and follow-up with trades and Handyman to ensure all deficiencies are completed in an
• Review contract drawings and specs pertaining to finishing trades to ensure company standard are adhered to.

We are looking for 

• Site experience would be preferred, but open to suggestion based on the candidate.
• Knowledge of construction processes, including phases, pre-construction and construction is mandatory.
• Experience with Procore would be beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret design and construction related documents and drawings.
• Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of Ontario Building Code (OBC) is required and knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) an asset.
