As a Full Line Sales Expert, you will drive sales and cultivate client relationships, providing expert guidance on our diverse range of products to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements for various home improvement products.
- Showcase product features and quality, providing personalized recommendations.
- Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
- Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the home improvement or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of home improvement products preferred.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
