Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Engineer with moderate experience in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical engineering disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on new challenges and are eager to expand their skill set in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the experienced team to develop innovative solutions for clients in the mining and resource sectors.
• Execute engineering design and analysis tasks, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
• Build and maintain client relationships, leveraging existing networks to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in engineering, preferably in the mining or resource sectors.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing client base or network preferred.
• Flexibility to work remotely or in the Sudbury office, with potential for part-time arrangements if required.
