Building Envelope Restoration (BER) Estimator

Location: Austin, TX (Relocation options available)
Salary: $120,000- $140,000 annual base + bonus.

Join our client, a premier commercial roofing and exterior services company in Austin, TX, as a Building Envelope Restoration Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to advance their career in a thriving industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of building envelopes to identify restoration needs.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for restoration projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop effective restoration strategies.
• Source and procure necessary materials and services within budget constraints.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the restoration process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and techniques.

 
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building envelope restoration estimation.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Edge Estimating, Procore).
• Strong understanding of building envelope systems, materials, and repair techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX, if not currently residing in the area.
