About Our Client:

Since 2007, our client has specialized in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential roofs with a strong focus on customer service. Their mission is to provide high-quality roofing services at competitive prices, ensuring homes are well-protected and comfortable. Now they are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential franchisees through various channels such as online marketing, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their financial capability, business experience, and alignment with the brand's values.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure new franchisees.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote franchise opportunities.
  • Present the franchise opportunity to prospects, addressing their questions and concerns.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
  • Guide prospects through the franchise discovery process, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the sales process.

Franchise Agreement Management:

  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the franchise sales process.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and locations for new franchise outlets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on franchise sales performance and provide insights to the senior management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a related industry.
  • Experience in lead generation, qualification, and closing sales deals.

Skills:

  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Effective negotiation skills to finalize franchise agreements.
  • Analytical: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Organizational: Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
