The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in daily operation of vertical drilling equipment and pre-mobilization planning and daily supervision. An ideal candidate will be solutions focused and astute in troubleshooting in collaboration with the team. Additionally, the company is growing with new and innovative projects in Canada, creating exciting internal professional development opportunities.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
- Operation/troubleshooting of Vertical Foundation Rig and monitoring controls and operations.
- MTCU Certificate, 270 kNm Torque. Bauer and Liebherr rigs an asset.
- Five years of experience in foundations/shoring, experienced leading a team
- Mobile Crane Operator (339A) Hoisting Engineer license (minimum)
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, procedures and OSH guidelines
- Strong commitment, organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail.
