DEMOLITION ESTIMATOR
- Position: All Levels
- Salary: Based on experience $90k - $200k
- Responsibility: Your role encompasses the entire tender process for a self-performance shoring company, starting from the initial invitation and culminating in the submission phase. This multifaceted responsibility involves performing a thorough quantity take-off and accurate cost estimation, critically reviewing project scope, completing all requisite bid documentation, coordinating and participating in site visits, and representing the company at bid interviews. Furthermore, you manage communications and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with potential suppliers, collaborate with clients to prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), and diligently maintain a tender tracker to monitor progress. It's your duty to track the status of all submissions and proactively follow up with clients for any required clarifications. Additionally, you work closely with the operations team to review production requirements, provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members, and present the bid opportunity to the company's management for evaluation.
- Vacation: 2 -3 weeks
- Location: Vaughan office – 100% in office (No Remote) 8 am to 5 pm
