Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Manager

Location: Garland, Texas
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90-$100K, 100% Medical Coverage, Education Assistance, PTO and more.
Reports to: VP of Manufacturing Operations

Overview:
Seeking an EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, & Safety programs for our operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, conducting training, incident investigation, and implementing corrective actions. You’ll manage safety audits, OSHA logs, PPE programs, and work closely with various teams to maintain a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the EHS program including safety training, audits, and incident investigations.
• Administer and enforce the Facility Safety Program and OSHA compliance.
• Prepare and manage safety reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate safety committee meetings and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee training for First Aid, CPR, OSHA-related topics, and more.
• Manage workers' compensation processes and contractor safety evaluations.
• Ensure compliance through audits (PPE, machine safety, noise sampling, etc.).
• Maintain and update safety data sheets, safety logs, and COVID-19 guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of EHS or regulatory experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and management systems.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (OSHA, CSP, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.
