$70,000–$180,000 per year (performance-based potential)
Full-time, Contract, Commission

Our client, a leader in renewable energy systems, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Solar Sales Advisor to join their mission-driven team. This role, based in Central Texas, offers a hybrid/remote setup and unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Build lasting relationships with residential and commercial customers to provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Conduct site evaluations and analyze energy consumption to identify optimal system configurations.
  • Create compelling proposals and deliver professional presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in renewable energy to offer customers cutting-edge insights.
  • Maintain complete transparency and honesty when educating customers about solar capabilities and benefits.

Qualifications:
 
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field considered an asset
  • At least 3 years of successful commercial sales experience; prior commercial solar experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and energy performance modeling; familiarity with solar financing preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and a thirst for ongoing learning.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM systems to track sales pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with solid references.
