Job Summary:

The Roofing Project Manager oversees roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, coordinate with clients, and oversee kick-off meetings.
• Team Management: Assign tasks, supervise crews, and provide training.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure compliance with standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve quality issues.
• Budget and Cost Management: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and process payments.
• Client Communication: Act as the main client contact, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, ensure safety protocols, and handle incidents.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and submit status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in roofing or construction.
• Very familiar with TPO applications
• Very familiar with commercial roofing projects.
• Knowledge of roofing materials and methods.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and climbing.

Work Environment:

• Construction sites and office settings.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction hazards.
