Position: Assistant Superintendent

Salary: $90-$115K plus benefits

Job Overview

We're on the lookout for an Assistant Superintendent who's ready to team up with our Project Superintendent to help coordinate and implement the work on site. If you have a solid background in construction and are good at keeping projects on or ahead of schedule, we’d love to hear from you. Being adaptable is key in this role, as you'll need to handle changes on the fly and think creatively to keep things moving smoothly. Building strong relationships with key project members and ensuring top-quality work from all trades will be a big part of your day-to-day. Your ultimate goal? Making sure our clients are satisfied—and they know it.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Superintendent: Help oversee the daily operations at the construction site.
• Work Independently: Take on tasks and projects, bringing them to completion.
• Safety & Clean-Up: Keep an eye on job site safety efforts and ensure everything stays clean and secure.
• Site Security: Manage the security of the site.
• Site Logistics: Develop and maintain site logistics.
• Cost Management: Keep track of and control costs.
• Company Policies: Stick to all company policies and procedures.
• And More: Pitch in with other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• A desire to grow and develop in your career.
