Location: Waco, TX (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually + bonuses

We’re seeking a Service Sales Manager to join a leading full-service commercial roofing company. This is your opportunity to lead a talented sales team, foster lasting client relationships, and develop strategic initiatives that deliver exceptional results.


Your Role

As the Service Sales Manager, you will:

Lead and Mentor

  • Inspire, coach, and evaluate Sales Representatives to achieve team and individual success.

Drive Strategic Growth

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and set ambitious goals to expand business opportunities.

Build Client Relationships

  • Engage with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers.
  • Tailor commercial roofing service packages to meet diverse needs.

Expand Business Opportunities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads to secure new opportunities.

Oversee Project Details

  • Ensure accuracy in building measurements, estimates, contracts, and financial tracking.
  • Seamlessly transition projects from sales to execution.

Enhance Visibility

  • Plan and participate in marketing initiatives to expand company reach.

What You Bring

Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • At least 5 years of commercial construction sales experience, with preference for candidates who have managed a sales team.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and proficiency in sales tracking systems.

Preferred:

  • A degree in Business or Construction Management.
