What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will begin your journey by immersing yourself in the business and building materials industry through comprehensive training and hands-on experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning the Industry: Develop a solid understanding of the building products we supply, their specifications, and their applications.
- Mastering Systems: Gain proficiency with our point-of-sale ERP system, learning to process sales for both stock and special-order inventory.
- Supporting Customers: Assist builders and contractors with orders, including special orders with vendor partners, and manage sales invoices.
- Hands-On Training: Spend your first three months at the counter to gain firsthand experience with invoicing, learn departmental processes, and develop a deeper understanding of the business.

- Energetic and Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers.
- Experienced (or Willing to Learn): A background in building materials is ideal, but transferable skills from a similar industry will also be considered.
- Bilingual: While not required, this is a plus for better serving a diverse customer base.
