$28/hr and up to $140K salary, based on position and experience

OUR CLIENT
Our well established and reputable client is offering an opportunity to join them on their new paving crew.  We are hiring Superintendents, Foremen/Foreperson, Operators (Dozer, Grader, Shovel) and various site labour roles. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous experience working on paving projects/paving crews
• Ability to operate hand tools and equipment related to road/highway construction
• Good understanding of blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines.
