Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $140K+ (Based on Experience)

Position Overview: The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction, leading a team of engineers and technologists, and driving the growth of the organization. This role involves overseeing design processes, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship and career development.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring effective solutions and protecting client relationships.
• Develop and enforce standards for quality, efficiency, and safety within the Service Line.
• Support business development efforts and client relationship management.
• Manage project costs and timelines to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to deliver technical training and support staff recruitment.

Qualifications:

• P.Eng. designation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in consulting engineering, including management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
