Salary: $70 000- $90 000 based on experience

Position Overview:
The Safety Compliance Officer will ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards, conduct safety training, and foster a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with 5+ years of construction safety experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety programs (OSHA 1926/1910).
• Conduct audits, inspections, and training (bilingual).
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour or CSP preferred.
