Position: Assistant Project Manager (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional ground-up and interior projects) 
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $80-$130K plus benefits, based on experience 

Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be working closely with our Project Managers, helping them stay organized and on track while also taking on some key responsibilities yourself. You'll be diving into the details, making sure all the documents are thorough and completed on time. If you have some knowledge of the construction process and are eager to learn more, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping out our Project Managers with various tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
• Taking photos on job sites to keep a visual record of the project's progress.
• Coordinating and keeping an eye on inspections to make sure everything's up to code.
• Assisting with the requisition process, including reviewing, submitting, and tracking payments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping track of schedules.
• Pitching in wherever you're needed to support the team.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Taking on other duties as they come up.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• A genuine desire to learn and grow in the field.
• A valid driver’s license.
