On behalf of our client, we are offering a unique opportunity to use your leadership skills in Aircraft Maintenance and work with a team of 15 to deliver maintenance services on business aircrafts in the beautiful Mukoka area.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A minimum of 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience with AME or equivalent, and some supervisory experience
- Valid Transport Canada M-2, or equivalent
- Background in working on Business Aircrafts is a strong asset
- Endorsements in working on Business Aircrafts is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders
- Ability to lead and engage a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work within a growth environment
- Apply your innovation and technical ability while working with a wonderful team and a great employer
- 40 hour work week, rotating on-call
- Supervise while being able to mentor and grow others
