Salary: Commission based compensation, flexibility to base plus commission
Target Earnings $100K - $250K

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 5 or more years of experience working within the renewable energy space, solar sales
- Successful track record within solar sales, commercial experience would be a strong asset
- Relevant education or experience within the industry
- Experienced with door-to-door outreach in order to identify potential customers.
- Comfortable working with residential home owners about the benefit of considering solar energy as an option
- Meet or exceed set targets to close sales and earn commissions
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Advance communication skills, critical thinking, interpersonal skills
- Strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Uncapped earning potential
