THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Engineering degree, Master's degree and knowledgeable in structural and/or geotechnical engineering
- Knowledge of soil structure interaction
- 1-2 years of engineering experience is an asset
- Knowledge of FEA analysis in geotechnical or structural engineering
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, project management and overall organization skills are required for this role
- Critical thinker
- Bilingualism (french/english) would be considered an asset
- Participate in and support the design of Bridges, including buried bridge, abutment, footings, retainer walls as well as soundwall, internationally.
- Participate in and support R&D products
- Provide resolutions which arise during design, fabrication or construction with an emphasis on cost and risk level, while following company SOP's
- Assist in the training of co-op students and designers
