Regional Sales Leader – Commercial Roofing
 
Location: Waco, TX (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually + bonuses
 

Lead sales efforts in complex commercial roofing and building envelope projects, manage a high-performing team, and grow revenue in a thriving industry.

 
What You’ll Do
Lead and Develop Your Team:

  • Mentor and coach Sales Representatives to meet and exceed goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Drive Sales Growth:
  • Create and implement sales strategies for large-scale commercial roofing and building envelope projects.
  • Secure new business through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor actions to set clear, measurable targets.
Build Relationships That Last:
  • Collaborate with property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Present tailored service packages for long-term client satisfaction.
Ensure Project Success:
  • Oversee accurate measurements, estimates, and contract negotiations.
  • Work with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to execution.
Expand Market Reach:
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and attract new clients.
 
What You’ll Bring
Required Experience and Skills:
  • 5+ years in commercial construction sales with team management experience.
  • 3+ years of expertise in commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems).
  • A proven record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools to track and optimize sales performance.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with building envelope systems like waterproofing and insulation.
  • Degree in Business or Construction Management.
  • Experience in institutional or mission-critical projects (e.g., hospitals, schools, government facilities).
