Service Sales Manager – Complex Commercial Roofing
Location: Waco, TX (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually + bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire:
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate Sales Representatives to foster team growth and individual success.
- Create a collaborative, results-driven sales culture.
- Drive Business Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the commercial roofing and building envelope market.
- Identify and secure new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to set and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Build Lasting Relationships:
- Cultivate connections with property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Offer tailored commercial roofing and building envelope service packages, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure Project Success:
- Oversee accurate building measurements, estimates, and contracts.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.
- Engage in Marketing:
- Participate in and plan marketing initiatives to expand visibility and reach new markets.
What You’ll Bring
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction sales, including managing a sales team.
- At least 3 years of expertise in commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A track record of growing market share and driving business results.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of building envelope systems and solutions, including waterproofing and insulation.
- A degree in Business or Construction Management.
- Experience in driving sales for roofing projects in institutional or mission-critical environments (e.g., hospitals, schools, government buildings).
- Fluent in Spanish
