Sr. Project Manager - Mission Critical Roofing Projects

Location: Laurel, MD (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year + Bonuses

Lead large-scale commercial roofing projects with precision and impact in mission-critical environments.

 
What You’ll Do
Manage High-Stakes Projects:

  • Oversee multi-million-dollar roofing, waterproofing, and restoration projects ($5M+).
  • Focus on complex, occupied facilities such as hospitals, schools, and government buildings.
Ensure Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
Deliver Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Strategize and Solve Problems:
  • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and deliver innovative solutions to challenges.
Drive Results:
  • Conduct post-project reviews to track metrics, uncover efficiencies, and optimize costs.
 
What You Bring
Experience:
  • 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
  • Expertise with systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing.
  • Familiarity with waterproofing solutions and building envelope restoration.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Edge Estimating, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing occupied facility projects with minimal disruption.
Certifications:
  • OSHA 30/500 certifications (required).
  • EM 385 or LEED certifications are a plus.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
