Our client, a privately owned Canadian leader in last-mile parcel delivery services, has grown significantly since its establishment. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a proven network in the logistics and retail industries. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who can engage with executive-level decision-makers across e-commerce, 3PLs, and retail brands looking to enhance their delivery operations. If you thrive on securing high-volume deals, driving innovation in delivery solutions, and navigating complex sales cycles, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Design and execute strategies to consistently exceed revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Handle every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with executives in e-commerce, logistics, 3PLs, and retail industries.
  • Market Leadership: Drive change by positioning the company as a trusted provider of innovative delivery solutions.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with business development, product, technology, and operations teams to deliver customized client solutions and shape product strategies.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met and adjust approaches as necessary.
What You Bring:
  • Proven Success: At least 5 years of experience in sales roles within logistics or related sectors, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, and 3PL operations.
  • Relationship-Oriented: Exceptional ability to foster and maintain executive-level partnerships.
  • Sales Excellence: Expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise-level deals.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM systems), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills, business insight, and a solution-focused approach.
  • Educational Background: Post-secondary education in logistics, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Commitment to Growth: A dedication to ongoing professional development and learning.
