Commercial Sales Manager – Service Roofing
Location: Waco, TX (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually + bonuses
Lead sales efforts, manage a results-driven team, and grow revenue in the commercial roofing and building envelope industry.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Empower Your Team
- Mentor and coach Sales Representatives to hit and exceed targets.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.
Drive Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to commercial roofing and building envelope services.
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to achieve measurable goals.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships
- Work with property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors to design tailored service solutions.
- Focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Oversee Project Success
- Ensure accurate measurements, estimates, and contract execution.
- Coordinate with project teams for seamless transitions from sales to completion.
Expand Market Reach
- Participate in marketing efforts to increase visibility and attract new customers.
What You’ll Bring
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years in commercial construction sales, including team management.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal).
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong skills in organization, time management, and communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and optimizing sales performance.
Preferred
- Knowledge of building envelope systems like waterproofing and insulation.
- Degree in Business or Construction Management.
- Experience in institutional or mission-critical projects (e.g., schools, hospitals, government buildings).
