Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $80-90K Annually w/ Medical Insurance, Company Truck and Gas, PTO and more.
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, or roofing sales with project management responsibilities. This role requires a motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Track project expenses and work to minimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Resolve any project-related issues efficiently to avoid delays or budget overruns.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or in roofing sales with project management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction processes, and materials.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing roofing projects in the Texas market.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
