About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of new build ICI projects in Mississauga. These projects involve warehouse and commercial spaces from the ground up, requiring excellent project coordination and attention to detail to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure that all work is completed according to design, schedule, and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate daily site reports, tracking personnel, progress, and any site-related issues.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to maintain project efficiency and on-time delivery.

• Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Use tools like Bluebeam and Excel to manage documentation and reporting.

• Ensure high attention to detail and quality control across all project activities.

• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in new build commercial and warehouse construction.

• Strong understanding of ICI project management, construction techniques, and building codes.

• Proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects involving warehouse and office spaces.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to follow through on tasks.

• Experience preparing site reports and maintaining documentation.

• Proficiency in using Bluebeam, Excel, and other construction management tools.

• Conscientious and detail-oriented approach to project execution.
