About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Intermediate Architect or Intern Architect with 4–8 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to innovative projects. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of creative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions across a variety of projects.

• Support project management activities from concept design through to construction, applying strong design thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate closely with senior architects, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, assisting throughout all project phases and construction coordination.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical documents, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and project delivery.

• Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations and visual storytelling.

• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to support successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• 3–7 years of professional experience across a range of project types.

• Working toward or completion of architectural licensure is a plus.

• Proficient in design software including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

• Experience managing projects from early design phases through to completion.

• Excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach.

• A passion for design and a drive to create meaningful, impactful architecture.
