We’re partnered with a nationally recognized commercial roofing and building envelope contractor that specializes in high-security, multi-million-dollar projects for government, healthcare, industrial, and institutional facilities. With recent expansions and continued demand, they are actively seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to take the lead on complex roofing and restoration work—where precision, safety, and efficiency are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage full-cycle delivery of $5M+ commercial roofing and restoration projects
  • Oversee safety, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor performance
  • Lead operations across multi-level and occupied facilities including hospitals, schools, and government buildings
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, superintendents, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Conduct risk assessments, resolve issues on the fly, and implement solutions
  • Analyze post-project performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years managing commercial roofing or building envelope projects valued at $1M+
  • Strong technical knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing solutions
  • Familiarity with Procore, Edge Estimating, and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage projects in occupied facilities with minimal disruption
  • OSHA 30/500 certification required; EM 385 or LEED certifications a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
