Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of industrial electrical projects in manufacturing and production facilities
- Collaborate with pre-construction teams to define project scope, ensuring alignment with industrial requirements
- Develop accurate project estimates and secure necessary materials, labor, and specialized industrial equipment
- Obtain permits and ensure strict compliance with all industry-specific regulations, including OSHA, NFPA, and NEC codes
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and budgeting to keep projects on track and within cost parameters
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution
- Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, and potential risks to key stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and plant managers to ensure seamless communication and project integration
- Ensure all electrical work meets the high-demand reliability and safety standards required in manufacturing environments
- Review, negotiate, and execute contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management with a focus on industrial and manufacturing facilities
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, control panels, motor controls, PLCs, and power distribution
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and managing project costs effectively
- Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate large-scale industrial projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and electrical infrastructure
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adjust to dynamic project needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification or related project management training
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other industry-specific software
- Prior experience working in food processing, automotive, pharmaceutical, or other industrial manufacturing sectors
