Our large and continuously growing Client is seeking an Intermediate and Senior Estimator to join their team of well established estimators specifically working on their high rise projects, specifically focusing on concrete forming.

What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for accurately estimating and analyzing costs associated with concrete forming activities.
• Conduct detailed analysis of project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine the scope of work for concrete forming.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates by calculating material quantities, labor requirements, and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to perform cost estimations efficiently and ensure accuracy.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoff for concrete forming materials and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and propose innovative solutions while maintaining project quality and safety.
• Prepare competitive bid proposals based on accurate cost estimations and project requirements.
• Maintain organized project files, generate reports on cost estimates and variances, and assist in change order estimates.
• Salary: $100k+ Depending on Experience

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• A minimum 5+ years of experience in direct concrete estimation for high-rise projects (please include project list).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are required.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and knowledge of local building codes and regulations is desired.
