THE ROLE
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with a team of top-tier professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor and guide engineers, oversee construction documents, and contribute to the design of innovative and sustainable structures.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural systems for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop creative solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and EITs, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and actively participate in project administration.
What You Bring:
- Licensed PE or SE with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and a client-focused approach.
