What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from estimating to completion
- Ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, and team performance
- Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Mentor your team and drive project success
- 10+ years in construction project management
- 5+ years managing electrical projects in data centers or mission-critical environments
- Expertise in electrical systems, cabling, and active facility retrofits
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
