- 3–5+ years in residential roofing sales (shingles, bitumen, peel-and-stick).
- Proven leadership—experience hiring, training, or mentoring teams.
- Track record of closing deals with homeowners AND property managers.
- Self-motivated go-getter who consistently smashes sales targets.
- Drive roofing sales growth—surpass company goals across Toronto/GTA.
- Lead sales, estimating, and production teams—set the tone with lead generation and project wins.
- Forge strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals (homeowners, developers, property managers).
- Manage operations—control costs, oversee inventory, align with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery.
