Project Manager – ICI Construction (New Build)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) new build projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing mid-size to large ground-up construction projects and is comfortable leading teams, coordinating trades, and driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

• Coordinate with consultants, trades, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Issue and track RFI’s, change orders, submittals, and site instructions.

• Lead regular project meetings and provide accurate progress updates.

• Oversee project documentation including contracts, drawings, schedules, and safety records.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role within ICI construction, preferably in new build projects.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction methodology.

• Proficient with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field considered an asset.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Additional benefits package available, including health/dental coverage and vehicle allowance.
