Site Superintendent – Affordable Housing Project (GTA)

Our client, a reputable General Contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a new affordable housing development in the Greater Toronto Area. This project offers the chance to contribute to a meaningful, community-focused build.

Compensation: $125,000 + vehicle allowance + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the site from mobilization through to final turnover

• Coordinate trades, site staff, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved

• Uphold high standards of site safety, quality, and cleanliness

• Maintain detailed site logs, schedules, and communication with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on residential low-to-mid-rise projects

• Previous experience with affordable or community housing projects is an asset

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and site management skills

• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with trades, clients, and consultants
