The Role

They’re looking for a skilled CPA Accountant with expertise in full-cycle accounting and tax preparation (Canadian, U.S., or cross-border). In this role, you'll handle a diverse range of clients, preparing tax filings, managing financial reporting, full cycle accounting and providing strategic tax planning—all in a fast-paced, modern firm.

What You’ll Do

✔ Prepare personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with Canadian & U.S. tax laws.
✔ Manage full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closing.
✔ Prepare & review financial statements, ensuring accuracy under ASPE, IFRS, and other standards.
✔ Advise clients on tax planning strategies, corporate structures, and cross-border tax considerations.
✔ Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to deliver seamless, top-notch service.
✔ Assist with audit preparations and regulatory compliance for Canadian and U.S. clients.

Who You Are

✅ CPA designation (or equivalent) with strong accounting and tax expertise.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software & Excel—strong technical skills preferred.
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
✅ Fluent in English (French is a plus!).
