Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite alternative residential & commercial mortgage investments
• Prepare, organize, and categorize mortgage files for reviews
• Coordinate mortgage transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and company guidelines
• Build strong relationships with mortgage brokers within Alberta region and attend industry events
• Assist with renewals, new deals, and document follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage financing, residential underwriting, and alternative lending
• Experience working with a Canadian alternative mortgage lenders and brokers
• Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or equivalent
• Mortgage Broker Certification (to be obtained within probationary period)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities
