Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000

We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative Intern Architect or Intermediate Architect who is passionate about thoughtful design and looking to advance their career in a supportive environment. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to all phases of design and delivery, and grow within a studio that values creativity, quality, and community impact.
Contribute to the development of creative, sustainable design solutions across a range of project types.
Prepare high-quality presentation materials, working drawings, and permit submission packages.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout all phases of design and construction.
Assist in maintaining design intent and technical quality during documentation and construction phases.
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies to support innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of work.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2–5 years of professional experience in an architecture studio environment.
Progress toward AIBC registration or Intern Architect status is preferred.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite experience is an asset.
Solid understanding of BC Building Code and local permitting processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Passion for thoughtful, sustainable design and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects.
