With their project portfolio continuing to grow, the firm is looking to welcome a talented Intermediate Architect or Intern Architect to their collaborative and dynamic team. We’re seeking a motivated and design-focused Intermediate Architect or Intern Architect who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to exciting, complex projects. You’ll play a key role in all phases of project delivery, from concept design through to construction administration, while working alongside a team of highly experienced professionals.
Contribute to the design and technical development of projects across a range of sectors.
Prepare presentation materials, working drawings, and permit submission packages.
Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and consultants to coordinate project deliverables.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Ensure design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout project documentation and delivery.
Stay informed on building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to support project success.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
3–7 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
Intern Architect status or working toward AIBC registration is preferred.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Strong understanding of BC Building Code and municipal permitting processes.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for thoughtful, high-quality design and a desire to contribute to impactful projects.
