Our client, a Canadian manufacturer of custom window treatments, is hiring a Territory Manager to service the Ottawa/Montreal area. The role involves managing existing accounts, generating new business, providing customer support, monitoring competition, and conducting training sessions.
Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Highly customer centric
• Bilingual in French & English
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Technically proficient with relevant tech applications
• Reasonably proficient in the use of hand tools
• Have a fully functional home-based office
• Hunter mindset with a passion for farming

The job:

• Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts
• Constantly search for new business opportunities
• Stay on top of market and industry trends
• Resolve customer issues as they arise
• Conduct training sessions as required
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments
• Follow the sales process from start to finish

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus plan
• Dental & extended health care, life insurance, paid time off
• Monday to Friday schedule
