About the Role:
The firm is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead and enhance their Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple projects. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure efficient model management, clash detection, and the development of digital fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination across all project phases, ensuring adherence to firm-wide standards.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Develop project-specific content and manage Revit family libraries.
• Train and support project teams in BIM tools and best practices.
• Assist in optimizing the firm's Revit templates and digital workflows.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and oversee model health.
• Conduct clash detection and conflict resolution using Navisworks and Revit.
• Extract and manage model data for CoBie and dRofus integration.
• Advocate for digital fabrication and guide teams in producing fabrication-ready digital models.
• Operate and provide guidance on 3D printing, laser cutting, and other digital fabrication techniques.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum 2-year college diploma or university degree in architecture or a related field.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in an architectural office with BIM coordination responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM management platforms.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols, such as ISO 19650.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D construction drawings.
• Knowledge of building components, construction detailing, and model-based collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present in diverse team settings.
• Experience with Dynamo, Rhino, FormIt, and AutoCAD is an asset.
• Familiarity with BIM for Facility Management and Digital Fabrication/3D Printing is beneficial.
