Your Role

• Manage and coordinate project phases, ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Communicate with trade partners, consultants, and clients.
• Review project quotes and negotiate the best deals.
• Attend meetings, track project progress, and solve issues.
• Maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

What You Bring

• Education in Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction (residential or commercial).
• Prior experience in a coordinator or Assistant PM role is a plus.
• PMP certification a bonus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
