Service Superintendent – Residential & Commercial Roofing

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus (up to $2,500)

Position Overview

They are seeking an experienced Service Superintendent to oversee their residential service division, with additional involvement in commercial projects. This role is critical in ensuring the success of the service team, maintaining high standards of work, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential roofing, with a focus on managing teams, scheduling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of eight (8) service technicians, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate and schedule service work, responding to customer needs in a timely manner.
• Conduct site visits to assess roofing issues, provide recommendations, and ensure job completion meets company standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, materials, and equipment to support service operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Train and mentor service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service offerings and streamline operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of roofing experience (both commercial and residential).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing service crews.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose roofing issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality control.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
